非推奨のmysql_native_password 認証プラグインはデフォルトで無効
次の SQL ステートメントが削除された
- START SLAVE;
- STOP SLAVE;
- SHOW SLAVE STATUS;
- SHOW SLAVE HOSTS;
- RESET SLAVE ;
- CHANGE MASTER TO;
- RESET MASTER ;
- SHOW MASTER STATUS ;
- PURGE MASTER LOGS;
- SHOW MASTER LOGS;
group_replication_allow_local_lower_version_join 変数を設定すると、ER_WARN_DEPRECATED_SYNTAX_NO_REPLACEMENT) が発生する（警告）→将来的に削除される
マイナーバージョンで非推奨となっていた次の変数、オプションを設定するとエラーになる
- binlog_transaction_dependency_tracking
- group_replication_recovery_complete_at
- avoid_temporal_upgrade
- show_old_temporals
- –no-dd-upgrade
- –oldおよび–new
- –language
- –sslおよび–admin-ssl
- default_authentication_plugin
mysql_ssl_rsa_setup 、mysql_upgrade、mysqlpump、lz4_decompress およびzlib_decompressヘルパーユーティリティの削除
SET_USER_ID権限の削除
次のプラグインが削除
- authentication_fido、authentication_fido_client
- keyring_file
- keyring_encrypted_file
- keyring_oci
- openssl_udf
次の暗号化サポートが削除
- Proper TLS version (TLS v1.2 or TLSv1.3, as appropriate)
- Forward secrecy
- SHA2 in cipher, certificate, or both
- ES in GCM or any other AEAD algorithms or modes
